Bill Walker and his crew at Trails West Gate Company did an AMAZING job on our beautiful gate!!! The details and craftsmanship are extraordinary and Sarah was so very helpful and kept us up to date on the status. When we picked the gate up the entire crew helped and made us feel like family! My wife and I had Trails West design and install our gate and were extremely satisfied with the job they did. From the first call to their office when Kayla answered the phone our experience was fantastic. We presented a very personalized gate design to Trails West and they created an amazing gate. Our gate had many personal items designed into it. Such as the outline of my 1966 Ford truck, Eastern Bluebirds flying around, the image of our Yorkie and miniature Doberman, grandkids swinging under a Cedar tree and the flag of the greatest state in the union-Texas with In God We Trust cut into it. I actually made a major mistake and miscalculated the width of the gate. When I told the installation guys when they came out to start installing it they came up with a suggestion to add some star

I cannot believe that we wasted so many years before we finally invested in a beautiful remote controlled gate from Trails West. Carter was a pleasure to work with and the installed gate is gorgeous! The gate with the rock walls looks like an entrance to a grand estate.

Can't say enough to express the friendliness, professionalism and fine workmanship of the folks at Trails West. There are a lot of Gate Fabricators out there and I have spoken with quite a few of them but the people at Trails West are simply first class. I have no complaints about the service and likewise for the product. My gate is as solid as the Rock of Gibraltar and it is simply GORGEOUS. My neighbors are jealous!
