Trak Septic Pumping

Great service! I did dig my tank cap out for him as he instructed. If you don’t he will charge you to dig it himself which makes sense. My suggestion per his suggestion is to get a septic cap so no digging is necessary. Very pleased with his service.

DO NOT use this service. When we scheduled (middle of October), the owner said he does not come is its snowing on the day scheduled. He asked for a clear path (plow driveway, shovel path to tank, etc,). Well, it's not snowing today (12/5), the driveway's plowed, and there a wide path shoved to the tank. The guy was a NO SHOW. When I called to ask if he was coming later in the day. he scolded me for not listening! Then, he told me he "doesn't come when WINTER comes." When I reminded him of what he said before, he admitted that since I was the ONLY person on his schedule for today, "it was not convenient for him to drive a to Irving" (to dump his tank?) unless it was full. I guess it's inconvenient for him to do him to do his job or schedule runs.

Showed up 3.5 hrs late, yelled at me, and left in less than 10 minutes. Do not use if you have a choice.

Always friendly and courteous. Pumped out our septic tank. Even gave us advice for helping the system work better!
