I will NEVER pu or deliver to this location ever again. I showed up yesterday at about 9 am and they had me park at Loves Truck Stop until they get a dock door. The called at 12 to tell me bring my trailer back to door 15 and go drive my tractor back to loves. They said they’d call me once my trailer was loaded. I sat from 12:30 pm to 10:30 pm to get a call. Since I stayed up that whole time I wasn’t driving tired. So I said I’d be there first thing in the morning when they open. I show up and they don’t even have the bills done yet. They are just taking their time as I sit here waiting for the bills. I’m warning all truckers, this company will have you sitting. If you can and get this address, deny the load. For all of you who can’t deny the load, I’m sorry. Hope you have laundry or somet

Whoever wrote the good reviews have got to work for Trane. Arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment ( drop & hook) trailer was not empty. At this point I've been here 6.5 hours, along with about 6 other trucks. Charge a rate high enough to get your detention up front.

These are hard working people in that warehouse. Some of these drivers complaining are not mentioning that they show up too early or even arrive late for their loads. I've hung around to see how hard these people work even in the heat and humidity of the St. Louis summer. The people in the shipping office are great to work with, even having to deal with an old intercom system they still manage to make things happen. The security officer that gets the temperatures is extremely polite to the drivers, and anyone else that passes through from what I've seen. All in all the Trane supply warehouse people are great and do great work.

I'm an OO and when I read the reviews before going there I was scare of how long they would take BUT I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Iwhen I backed up to the dock, there were fork lift drivers waiting on me already. I don't know if in the past they used to be unorganized but my experience was phenomenal. Thank you Trane.

Very impressed with the positive attitudes of the people in this place. Visited there today and was blown away with the buy in of a common goal with every team member I came in contact with. The processes the have in place allow them to minimize defects to the dealers they support. Definitely a top notch company!
