I am writing to formally complain about an incident that occurred at my store location. Recently, someone associated with your company disposed of boxes and HVAC filters in my store’s trash bin without my permission. My trash service is paid for by my business, and it is intended strictly for our own waste. Using our dumpster without authorization is unacceptable and creates unnecessary costs and inconvenience for us. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter with your staff to ensure it does not happen again in the future. Please confirm that this issue has been noted and corrected. Will not sell to end consumers, but two stars because rep was kind enough to point me to a nearby supply store (Ferguson's HVAC) who had an equivalent part.

Trains after hours service is fantastic, Chad was very helpful, I really appreciated his effort.
