prices are reasonable here, but the staff seemed a bit indifferent. can find what you need if you know what you're looking for.

Good luck getting anyone on the phone ever. 15 minutes waiting to connect, had to call a different location

This place needs help...I've been here a few times now and each time I've left empty handed because more often than not they don't carry what you're looking for and good luck calling ahead as they don't answer their phone. The worst part of my experiences here are from customer service, it's just completely void of any friendliness whatsoever, the desk people always look miserable and if you can get them to answer your questions at all they're very short and blunt with you. It was the "I don't care about why you're here just get what you want and get out" treatment I got today that made me drop what I had picked up off the shelves and leave without further words.

People at this store have absolutely no clue about what’s going on. They told me they didn’t know what capacitor I needed for a TRANE water source heat pump. They never answer the phone either when you call and when they do your on hold for 30 minutes. Very poor customer service.
