Trane Supply

I was riding my bike home today on 1/6/26 around 4:50pm near Buchtel and University I was almost struck by one of their work trucks at the intersection. I couldn’t get a photo of the license plate as he sped away but it’s ridiculous how bad of a driver you are while representing your company in their truck. Teach your drivers better!

The only reason these guys make any money is because they have Trane OEM parts. They never answer the phone, customer service is handcuffed from helping people due to poor managment and policies. Forced to pay a 20% "restocking fee" for a part that was purchased maybe an hour ago. It literally took the counter person 20 steps to grab it off the shelf. The part was never removed from the box. When this restocking fee was questioned the counter employees just shrugged, said the manager isn't here, come back Monday. Customer service person was nice but there was no attempt to keep the customer happy, no attempt to contact a supervisor, nothing on the receipt says anything about a 20% restocking fee so basically they just robbed us of nearly $80. Been around in hvac for 15 years and this company has always been the worst to deal with. They have the rudest people working the supply counter and working on the phones. This is one reason I encourage people in this town to not buy Trane equipment. This place sure does make it frustrating to get a Trane going again.

Nataly is the worst! She gives you a attitude! Has no idea what she is doing! Phone system is none existent! good luck getting through! It's quicker to drive there! The only one to talk to is nate! He knows what's Going on and will get you what you need! Nataly can't even do a card over the phone! She is lost!
