Trane Supply

I've been in a customer service role one way or another my entire career. That being said, I received very poor service. The person behind the counter would not leave his desk to even look at a picture of a part, let alone assist in finding the parts I was looking for. Just pure laziness and lack of care for the job. Too bad because it seemed like a nice store.

Tried purchasing apart from my furnace, but since I'm not a licensed HVAC contractor they would not sell to me and told me to go order it online,

Pleasant folks, but leaving a review to reiterate that they don't sell to the general public... Contractors only.

Hard to stop a trane.. even harder to get one going

The staff was very friendly and answered my questions. Only problem Is they only sell to licensed contractors.
