Kurt and the hispanic desk lady dont know what customer service is about and dont know how to use their resources as efficient 👎 negative stars if i could. Waste of my time ordering parts here only to waste gas to find out they never put it on will call
Our experience in dealing with Trane for parts, has been good.
Been trying to get a warranty issue resolved since March 2025. Now I can't get a response by phone, email or text. I doesn't seem like Trane wants to support their product.
Christopher helped me narrow down some parts information and was really funny and professional the whole interaction. Get this man some training and promote him! Thanks🤘🏼
