Between the manager that doesn’t come out to assist and the saleswoman with a horrible attitude, can’t tell whose worse. They are the definition of horrible customer service!!! Go somewhere else to better assist you.

The salespeople at the front are rude. They take forever to attend the customers. On top of that, I’m someone who doesn’t speak Spanish. When they speak Spanish I feel uncomfortable and feel it’s towards me. Horrible service!!!

At 8:45 AM, at the counter awaiting for sales counter guy to finish breakfast for 15 Minutes, then he took my papers, came back with the part, put it on the tabla and never told me the part was there, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Company had a company wide meeting in Vegas I hear. Had no one to offer tech support, or even answer the phones. My technician got desperate and bought some parts to try and help a customer. They never told him these parts could not be returned, and they're not considering the fact that NO ONE was available to help! This is crazy!

I've been coming to this store for at least five years. I was never impressed. However, now it's getting worse by the day. Almost everybody at the desk feels inconvenienced by anything and everything they do. They are all beyond slow. Especially the chubby guy that sits on the left. He acts like he did customers a favor by simply showing up at work. It takes a different kind of stupid to be this bad. I really DO NOT expect such service from such a major brand name like Trane.
