Trane Supply

Attempted to get a warranteed compressor for a Trane condenser, which failed after 6 months. Getting a huge run around and line of BS in a futile effort to obtain the part needed to fix the unit. NO one wants to help correct the manufacturers defect!! Very poor customer service and lack of communication or caring about their customer. All true comments, yet very sad that a supposed reputable company does not honor their company policy. Would love a Trane person to actually respond with a genuine plan of action…probably won’t happen!!
