I want to give a big shoutout to Klein and John at Trane Supply. Every time I come in, they go above and beyond to help me find exactly what I need. Their product knowledge is top-notch, and they always take the time to explain options and make sure I leave with the right parts. It's rare to find someone so dedicated, patient, and genuinely helpful.Their inventory is extensive, and I rarely leave without exactly what I came for. Pricing is competitive, and their service is fast and reliable—perfect when you're trying to keep a job on schedule.

I work with an HVAC and Building Automation Systems company and we have been buying parts from this location for several months now. I have found that the staff is respectful, knowledgeable and like to provide assistance in an quick and efficient manner. Highly suggest you have unit/item info (unit/item serial and/or mode #) in order for them to help quickly. They never demanded we be a licensed contractor when we placed our first order through them.

Friendly Service this branch tries there hardest to provide you with the correct part and will admit when then cant identify a part but will work there hardest to find it for you. I have come to this branch many times in the past in my career to order ,or go thru my warranty parts on commercial Roof top units, 10 ton scroll compressors, they never have a problem. Also the store is super clean they always have contractors, relays ,caps, modules.

It is 10 degrees outside and my gas furnace inducer fan failed on a Trane XV80 - Called to ask for a replacement part and the person on the line very rudely told me that they only sell to licensed contractors. Insisted that I only wanted to know if they had the part in stock, and said that he needed S/N or part number. I had given him the part number. And then you wonder why people buy in Amazon.
