We were definitely overdue to replace our water heater. It wasn’t failing yet, but it was so old that it couldn’t really be serviced anymore. Travis Crawford walked us through several replacement options, all of which came with at least a 6 year warranty, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The office team was incredibly easy to work with and communicated clearly before, during, and after the install. Ricardo was the lead plumber and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Even better, they handled the install in the middle of an ice storm without a single issue. Great service from start to finish. True 24/7 customer service. We had a sewage smell coming from one toilet and our tech Timothy Vanhoose was able to find the true root cause and fully repair it properly. The flange on the drain pipe was damaged. Full flange and piping were repaired. He was very knowledgeable and provided great explanations on how the full plumbing system works. I truly recommend Travis Crawford team.
