Customer service at the time I myself went to get pricing, was not a good experience. Will not return for any product they might select from there. Will change it for a different tile from an other distributor. You can purchase tile anywhere.

Horrible customer service if you’re not a contractor. Spoke with 6 different people during our dealings and only one wasn’t rude or acted like you were wasting their time, including the showroom personnel. One box of tile was broken which they replaced immediately which is why they didn’t get one star. Turns out we didn’t need the box, but they wouldn’t return it because it was “special order” even though it shipped from their warehouse the same day I placed the order. Not sure how that is special order. Then went to pick up the box they wouldn’t return only to find out they had moved and hadn’t reopened. I spoke with someone just before the move and they forgot to mention it? Then called to say I was coming to pick up the box since we had to wait 50 min when we picked up the initial shipm
