This appointment was made yesterday afternoon and they were able to fit me in this afternoon . John Was punctual, professional prompt and quick. It turned out to be something complicated but he handled it beautifully and was completely honest. I had hoped to have 2 key fobs made aftermarket. One of them worked the other 1 did not, but that's not his fault and I'll take it to the dealer. When I take it in for something else tomorrow? I'm very happy with the service. He must be good at what he does, because they trust him with a novice apprentice, locksmith to train

John Adam met me at his shop door with his equipment ready to program a spare fob for my recently purchased Pacifica. I had called 15 minutes earlier and the lady told me the fob would have to be ordered. Two minutes later they called back telling me they had found one. The staff and owner are wonderful people to deal with - so friendly and knowledgeable. Adam’s is my first stop for key replacements.
