They used to be very good with fair prices. I used them last summer to remove one tree and plant two trees in their place. Price was $3000, more than double of what they charged me for a similar job a year prior. To top things off, one of the trees died. When he came out to inspect the dead tree his comment was" I cant predict the weather, and we don't GUARANTEE Trees". Wont use or recommend again. I'm in Essex County NJ

Austin came out quickly after I called. Told me they would get back to me the following week. No call. I called them and was told he would get back to me that day. Still no call. I called again the next week and same run around and then I called a couple more times and I was eventually told I should try someone else because they can’t get Austin to respond to me. I wish this did not happen as I was told how good tree tech is. Frankly I am dissapointed in this company. I hope they read this and understand my frustration and time that was wasted on my end.

Jim and Marjie were very nice. Everything came out great. Would have given 5 stars but I felt I was given the run around in what was included in a day rate. Will use them again because I believe in second chances and they really did a great job.

We asked Tree Tech to trim and shape our pine tree into a cone. Instead, they took the top off, denied it at first, then said the tree could no longer be maintained because of their own work. They ruined our tree, then still wanted payment for their work. I wish I could give zero stars.

Had an issue with a Japanese Maple bloodgood tree and Austin Godfrey (Tree Tech's certified arborist) came by free of charge to do a consultation about the tree. He was extremely knowledgeable and also spent time looking at some of my other trees and bushes and gave me a lot of information on ways to care for them and help them to thrive. He certainly knows what he was talking about. Thanks guys!
