Tree Town Festival

My friend was told my someone who claimed to be staff that her emotional support animal was not allowed yet we walked pass at least 10 other dogs who didnt have a vest on either. Knowing that it's illegal to ask about a dog I would hope that the staff would be more aware and learn the importance of service dogs. Every staff member but this one walked passed and didnt say anything about her dog which is in training as well. I thought that this was very rude especially when there was another dog right beside us. This women was in a green Hoodie and black shorts. My friend suffers from extreme social anxiety and the dog helps her alot and she wanted to try something knew and this just made it worst.
