Tree Worx

Used them a couple of years ago to remove a couple of trees and trim some palms, and they did an excellent job. However, I called and got an estimate for trimming our canary island palm, and though the price was slightly above average, I selected them because I thought they would again do good work, using a bucket truck to do a proper job, as they had before. Not only were they horrible at calling me back and putting me on the schedule (I had to call 3 weeks in a row, promising to call me back that day but never following through), they showed up without the bucket truck and did what I would consider to be a hack job (which I could have gotten done at one fourth the cost). Extremely unprofessional. Totally deserved their F rating from BBB. Check out all the complaints. They dropped the one Oak tree branch they cut right on my fence, and crushed it as well as my philodendron plant. Never came back to fix the fence as promised it the next day. My dog can't use is yard, and my mature privacy plant is gone, looking right into my neighbor window. Shady work. Do not recommend. Beware of fake reviews. Check real thing. BBB complaints.

I have never experienced such excellent service and at such a reasonable price. They arrived within a day of my request and did a fabulous job. I can recommend them with the utmost confidence!

Tree Worx gave me an extremely fair price to remove some large oak branches over my roof. I was very impressed with the caution they had during the job. Excellent cleanup, and very professional. They also allowed me to pay with a credit card! I would highly recommend this company.
