I did not hire this company, and I don’t even have trees to trim, yet they completely blocked my driveway without any notice. When I left my house, their trucks were parked at the end of my driveway — they watched me leave and said nothing. Twenty minutes later, my cameras alerted me to a massive tree‑trimming truck and wood chipper parked fully in my driveway while they trimmed my neighbor’s trees over the power lines. I called the owner, and he couldn’t have cared less. I explained that I received no warning, that they are taking up my entire driveway, and that they needed to move. He insisted they “left door hangers” and that mine must have blown away. I’m home every day and have cameras — no one ever came to my door. After I called them, a representative came right away, assessed what needed to be done and explained it to me, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. They came the next day with the crew and equipment needed to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They were careful of the lawn around the tree, and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

After contact issues were resolved the owner owner of Tree Story tree service has contacted me about the damage caused by his crew working as the hired Contracting Agency for our utility company that hired them and discussed the resolution and that somebody from his organization will come out and clean the area in question on my property and am satisfied he is committed to providing quality service and work with his customers to resolve issues if they do arise
