Treetop Chimney Service

I've had multiple excellent experiences with Tree Top Chimney Service over the last few years. When I first moved into my new house, I had them come and inspect my chimney to see if it was safe to burn in. Throughout that process I learned alot about how my fireplace was set up and meant to be burned in, how to keep it maintained, etc. I used the fireplace off and on, but it was not a good source of heat. This year I wanted to start burning some wood for supplemental heat and called Tree Top back to help me understand what to look for in a wood burning insert. After that visit, I sourced my own insert and Tree Top installed a chimney liner and the wood burning insert into my fireplace. Called numerous times no answer no vm in fact someone kept picking up and hanging up I did call from an out of state phone number but in 2022 that isn't that uncommon
