I had posted some nice photos of their show room and we ordered our pavers afterward. When they arrived they were very pale and did not look anything like the product in the showroom. We called the company and they explained that the colors would be richer once the sealer goes on. They refused to change the order without us paying a $900 restocking fee. We decided to keep the pavers, had them installed and sealed and they still don't look like the ones in the showroom.

I visited the Boca showroom on Thursday and I was mortified by the customer service or lack thereof I received. I walked in and the woman who later identified herself as Tatiana was so rude and disrespectful I was left in complete disbelief that a business could hire such rude, nasty and quite frankly atrocious individual. As I walked in she was with another person but asked what I wante . I went there to speak with a person called Michael so I asked if he was available. She said he was not there so I was about to tell her the reason I stopped by. She was not having it. She handed me they guys card and told me I'm could call him but I should not continue to talk to he . This place deserves a negative review. I did not realize you needed an appt and showed up at the showroom. Someone came to the door and told me to make an appt. They wouldn’t make the appt while I was there so I had to call. Getting someone to answer the phone was challenging Finally got someone on the phone and made an appt for 11 today. Arrived at 10:50. Drove 40+ minutes to get there. No one was at the showroom. Called and got no answer Finally at 11:15 I found another phone number and the person told me that he was I’ll and couldn’t make it. not even the courtesy of a phone call to reschedule. How does this place even stay on business

This is one of the best hardscape showrooms under air conditioning we've worked with. They have a large selection of new products in the market. We have worked with Tremron for many years. Nice work guys.

Horrible costumer service. The sales person in charge Cindy is very un professional and rude. she is complaining the whole time wining about how much work she has. We went to get pavers not listen to her problems. I cant believe they could hire someone like her. Terrible experience.
