I'm not sure why they have such bad reviews. I personally had a wonderful experience visiting the showroom. Sandy was incredibly helpful and insightful! I'm happy I decided to see the examples in person, which were all laid out nicely with various sealants. I left feeling 100% confident in my selection of material!

We went to this location and there was a note on the door saying theyd be back in 15 minutes so we waited 15, then 30, then 40 minutes and no one came. We called the posted number multiple times and no one answered. This was extremely frustrating as we took time off work and traversed the pouring rain so an employee who didnt want to work decided to take the morning off.

Sandi was amazing! We were in town and wanted to look at the design center to help us with our pool build project. She walked us through everything and really helped us so we can make a decision with our pool builder.

I recently got a quote on pavers and wanted to see what they look like in person compared to what you see in the catalog. I was pleasantly greeted and assisted by a gentleman named Michael. Extremely helpful and courteous. It was a very pleasant visit. Thanks Michael !

Wonderful experience with Sandy! She was so thorough and patient with all of our questions. Even gave us contractor contacts and a book of all their products. Perfect.
