We stopped at this location first, ready to place our order and pay, and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. The receptionist never greeted us, and continued answering phone calls and helping other people without acknowledging that we were standing there waiting. Two customers who arrived after us were helped before us. Even after I said I was ready to place the order and had my credit card in my hand, we were still ignored. After about 30 minutes, yet another customer walked in, asked a question, and the receptionist once again left us aside to help them instead. I understand that they may have been short-staffed because of the holidays, but there is simply no excuse for ignoring customers who arrived first, or making people feel like their business doesn’t matter. Rude! Very poor customer service, not what I remember as a long time contractor client. Invoice full of petty charges, pallet charges on large size pavers that can’t be transported without! My advice is go elsewhere! You will be happy you did Beware

If you ever need to pick up an order from this place be ready to wait around for a couple hours.

Good morning! There has to be a way to improve service in the yard to recharge, while we wait for hours, employees are moving materials from one side to the other. And a huge line of trucks waiting. I ask you to analyze your customer service system. We were affected by our deliveries due to the delay in service. I arrived at 7:30 am and am leaving now at 9:00 am. A lot of wasted time.

Working with Tremron has been awful. I can understand if there is a shortage and I'm required to wait a certain amount of weeks for my order, however it is not acceptable that i call the day my order is suppose to be ready inquiring about it and i get treated with disrespect and told to do business with someone else if i dont like their system. It has been 4 months since i place an order and it is still not ready. I would advise any new buyers to follow the advise they gave to me and do business somewhere else. This is not a professional company, i do feel sorry for their employees because i know is not their fault, but management.
