Before cleaning, they carefully pretreated stains—even ones that had been set in for over 15 years—and I was amazed at how many completely disappeared. The carpets look brand new again. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency truly exceeded our expectations. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
