Kade and Trevor came this morning, and we are thrilled with the service they provided. Firstly, they texted me the time to expect them. Secondly, they explained everything clearly and logically. Thirdly, and most importantly, they got my AC working! They were respectful, friendly, professional, and even offered to clean up the (minimal) drywall dust that was left after they installed a new thermostat for us. We highly recommend D'Spain!

These guys are awesome! We just bought this home a few months ago, and Kade has come out a couple of times for a couple of issues. Yesterday, he and Trevor came out on short notice to take care of our heating issue. We tried another company that's more local to us -- BIG MISTAKE. HUGE. That other place was more interested in trying to upsell me on everything, rather than fixing the issue they were called out for. We won't make that mistake again. The guys at D'Spain are honest and trustworthy and will tell you upfront if you really NEED a service or if it's just something to look at down the line. The owner of the company took personal initiative when changing out our a/c unit that had unique challenges. He ensured all was done correctly despite unforeseen situations that arose and still kept the project in budget.
