We hired Tri-City to cut down two large silver maple trees on our property. Tri-City, it's manager and crew kept an open line of communication every step of the way. They adhered to the agreed upon appt times and worked efficiently. Clean up was very good and included stump removal and wood haul away. I chose this company to repair some lawn damage, caused by a drunk driver, because they had decent reviews. The rep who came out was pleasant, and walked around the area to see what all was needed, and indicated to me that he had all the information necessary. They generated a quote quickly, and I agreed to have them do the work. Unfortunately, they waited three weeks to come out to do the clean up and lawn repairs, then only did about 80%of what was quoted. I asked them to either finish the rest, or give me a discount, and they took another two weeks to finish. Then they sent me a bill and post-dated it as two days past due. Tri-City Lawn Care is the best in the business. There is no one I would trust more to take care of my yard. The team does a phenomenal job with whatever I need done, regardless of the time or season. They are professional and I have always enjoyed dealing with Matthew, the owner.

Called on a Friday while I was home for a few days to get lawn care service for my yard, which had not been mowed while I was away for work (a family member was supposed to take care of it, but was unable to). Wanted them to come out right away for an initial mow and then provide service for the remainder of the season while I was away from home for another job. I was assured they would come out and take a look and give me a quote. Almost a week later, still hadn’t heard from them. When I called, I was told they looked at the property but did not do one time mows and that they were “pretty sure” they left a message stating so. I never received a call or any message stating so. Very unprofessional!
