Tri-County Carpet Cleaning

2 stars because Bill was very nice and prompt! I went with Bill because his price was so much less expensive than the previous quote that I received from another company. Bill, kindly and quickly picked up my throw rug carpets to be cleaned. A couple days later, he promptly brought the rugs back and collected payment. He said he was not able to remove the water stains on the backside of the carpet off, but said the carpets were all fully cleaned. When I brought the rugs inside the house, my wife and I began to unravel the carpets, and noticed that the carpets did not look any different than before, and so we began to smell them, and we could smell dampness, dog smell, and there was no pleasant smell of any kind of cleaner or anything that would suggest they were cleaned. Bill Luke was here and arrived early, which was great. Quickly measured the master bedroom, closet and stairs leading to the basement. As I left the heavy furniture in place, he measured the open areas, so the square footage was smaller than the prior quote! He quickly went to work and was finished within 65 minutes or so. Looked great. I took before and after photos and sent them to my wife. He handed me the bill and it was much lower than my prior quote. He is a true veteran of the business and I highly recommend hiring him!

Tri-County Carpet cleaning did a great job on our old and somewhat faded area rug. It looks great again. Very reasonable price, prompt service and excellent communication.

I called Bill for an appointment, and he said "how about tomorrow?" That was the first surprise. Bill showed up right on time, gave us his estimate (very reasonable), and went right to work. Some areas needed extra care, and he brought our relatively old carpets back to looking next-to-new. We are very happy we chose Tri-County Carpet Cleaning for our needs.
