We have been so happy with Tri-County’s knowledge, professionalism, and desire to help us throughout the entire process! We had to revise our fence plan for different reasons and every time, the staff at Tri-County were helpful and wanted us to get exactly what we wanted. One of the owners, Susan Cook , actually called me to help me get some of it straightened out. I’ve never had a company owner Call me before! Susan was terrific to work with for fencing our 2.4 acre lot. The work took 3 days and the installation and look exceeded our expectations. The fence line is so perfectly straight and plumb that it looks like they used a laser tool. We could not be happier with the result and price.

We replaced an existing wooden fence with vinyl. The entire process went smoothly from sales to admin to install. All questions were answered. The work crew did an awesome job! Would highly recommend!

Response to reply: Thank you for your response, but I respectfully disagree with your assessment. While you claim the fence was installed five years ago, that is simply not accurate. The previous homeowner had the fence installed in 2021 or early 2022 — just before selling the home to me in 2023. When I called your office last year, I was told I had missed the warranty period by only a few months. Our gardener, who has cared for this yard before and after the sale, confirmed the fence was installed shortly before we moved in and has never seen one age this quickly. More importantly, my concern is not just two cap boards “curling.” The photos I shared clearly show poor installation: lifted boards, exposed nails, and discoloration.
