I’d give 10 stars if I were able. From start to finish, Aaron was nothing but professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He made sure I had information to make informed decisions, I was comfortable with, while freely sharing professional expertise to make sure we didn’t overspend. He treated my children with the utmost respect and kindness, too… and anyone who can treat my kids that well and essentially says, “it costs XYZ, and I want to make sure we spend that money well,” and genuinely shares “if it were my home, this is what I would do,” has my vote of confidence!!!

Aaron was very friendly and thorough with his home inspection. He also offered advice on insurance, companies/vendors to use if we want anything tuned up or additional services. I also liked that the inspection report had lots of videos and the use of drones and technology to do the best job they could at inspecting the full roof and house.

He was incredibly thorough and took the time to walk us through everything he found, explaining things in a way that was easy to understand. Aaron was extremely knowledgable and very friendly. He is super thorough with his work and presents the facts and defects, and what he would recommend. He is able to take very technical concepts and explain to non technical people. I feel at ease in my home buying experience having Aaron on my team to explain the condition of the home I am buying. Tri County Inspection as a whole was super easy to work with, i am on a tight timeline and they were very prompt in responses. Easy to schedule an appointment and their staff from inspectors to office management are very pleasant and good people. Would highly recommend them for inspection services and cannot say enough great things about my experience with Aaron!
