The customer service is excellent! The girls all very nice, cheerful and helpful. The turnaround was fast and product was just as ordered! I am just working on a small personal project, so not usually ordering things of this nature. Some of my other calls for supplies have been a real headache. It was breath of fresh air to deal with this company. I would highly recommend them.

Tri County has been our metal roofing supplier for the past 8-9 years. The Jacksonville branch is a great addition to their customer service. The store front very clean with nice displays and samples. The staff, lead by Riley, is always friendly, very helpful, and always willing to help without hesitation. Riley and her staff has helped us with any issues we had with customers and getting the projects completed. Riley is a great asset to Tri County metals and they a for blessed to have her.
