As a DIY' er it was a great experience working with Mac, Bobby and Raina at the Trenton branch. It takes quality material to do a quality job, and nothing but happy with the material and support at Tri County Metal. Took 2 years of weekends to build my barn myself, and I couldn't have done it without the guidance and knowledge of the staff there. Mac and Ronnie in the trim shop went above and beyond when I made mistakes in measuring or design to minimize waste and time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tri County metals Great company & good people to work with.
I have to rave when necessary and Mr. David Grimes deserves nothing short of 5 stars. As someone who was newer to the entire process of obtaining estimates his diligence and professionalism prevented me from looking anywhere else. I will be trusting all future business with Tri-County due to his customer service. Highly recommend.
Raina was very helpful with all of my inquiries during my visit to the Brooksville branch. They were able to answer all of my questions and help me choose the correct panel for me.
We have used Tri-County Metals for many projects over the past 5 years. Vanessa Thomas has been taking care of our orders recently and she has been great! The ordering process is always fast, and she is super knowledgeable about the products which has been a tremendous help since we are not professional roofers. Also, have been able to pick up our orders the next day. We will continue to use Tri-County for our needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Just changed from my old supplier that I had use for years. It would take them 7 to 10 days to get a order ready for pick. Been dealing with Ron Fuller as my salesman and Monica in the office for about 6 months now. There have been a couple of hiccups along the way but they been outstanding on resolving any issues. They seem to care more about customer service than they do the money. I just placed a order today Monday 12/8/25 and my DELIVERY date is 12/10/25. One of my best suppliers.Thank you to everyone at TCM
