Terrible customer service!! First called on 6/5 and someone said "Michael" will call me back for an appointment. No return call. I called back and left a message on 6/7 - still no return phone call until yesterday 6/13. Scheduled appointment for 6/14 between 4-5......at 6:05 shows up and just proceeds to get on the roof without a knock on the door. Sorry, if that's how you present your business I'd really hate to have to deal with you if there was a problem with your work or delays. Communication is key!!

Had leak durning all the rain. Called and came out same day. Repaired no more leaks. Fast and courteous. Will call again when needed. Recommend Tri-County roofing and repair
