Tri County Septic Pumping

One of the common themes I have read with other reviews is: no nonsense/no fuss and arrived on time. I can 100% attest to this. Pat and his grandson arrived exactly at 10am, and they were very efficient in doing the job within 30 minutes. His prices appear to be on tune with the other septic companies in the area. Our price for cash was $430. I was informed if it was credit card it would be more- not sure what that price would be. Why 3 stars then? Well, Pat is very straight forward and no fuss- but with that there is also no real customer service/personality. For me- I appreciate not only a good job but also friendly customer service. Pat saved me today. I had a very full septic tank and some drainage issues because of it. I was afraid of a backup so it was an emergency. No one else could come before the end of next month, but Pat fit me in a few days later. He even came early, and pumped out my septic tanks. The price was reasonable too. I have used them before and certainly will again. Great people, great service! I highly recommend them.

Tri-County is one AMAZING local business. Everett and Joe knew I was in a bind and wanted to help. Other companies wanted to book me out three weeks, but these guys new my problem was dire. Both of these incredibly kind men went out of their way to solve my problem. Both of them worked, yes, I said it they worked hard to unearth my septic tank lid and they did it with a smile.
