COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST!! I am copying a previous review because the EXACT same thing happened to me! Charlie is unreliable and dishonest. He will take your money and run!! I do not understand how he is still in business. “The technician came to replace our digital water softener and claimed he would upgrade it with a better unit—the same one he supposedly uses in his own home. What he ended up delivering were two used, camouflaged canisters that look like they were pulled out of someone’s backyard. They don’t work at all. Since then, we’ve tried multiple times to contact him for support or to fix the issue, but he’s completely unresponsive—no returned calls or texts. I owe a 15 years old steel tec system. Recently it quit working, and I called a few places. My quotes were very high and was recommended to replace the system. I called Charlie, he showed up in 15 minutes since my call and had my system up and running in 30 minutes. Charlie is very professional, has knowledge of all the systems, and definitely knows how to fix them, has lots of parts on his truck, and his rates are reasonable.

BEware .... Yup, another scam artist, this guy does NOT even have a LICENSE of any kind, I check every department for Hernando county, nothing. Paid $220 for water testing and never heard back. If he owes you, put a lien on his home. I already filed a fraud report with the Hernando Sheriff.

Called Tri County Water on two occasions and will call no one else. This guy is great!! Both times I had an issue with my well pump not turning on. I had no clue why. Everyone I called in the area couldn't come out to look at it for at least a day, sometimes a week. I rely on pump water so I was dreading the thought of washing up with bucket water. I received a call back within only a few minutes, the gentleman tried to help me fix it over the phone, when I couldn't do anything he came out in just a few hours and fixed it.
