TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE such that I WOULD NOT recommend. The photos speak for themselves, as Tri J Lawncare postponed my usual service due to rain and then, instead of waiting until the mud cleared, CHOSE to mow and bill me for this horrific embarrassment the very next day. I emailed them to express disappointment and question the pride in their work, and they replied customers responsibility to tell them that I would not want it mowed the next day. There was no apology, accountability or kindness. I would NOT recommend! ANYONE else would be better.

These guys are always on time and do great work! In addition to my normal lawn service, they went above and beyond to replace mulch in my landscape bed. A+!

Terrible experience. I was quoted $65 to mow my property. Once the crew arrived and began mowing, I received an email asking to call. I called and was informed that now the price was $85. At that point, I felt that I had little control since they had already started mowing. I was also informed of a list of complaints about my property such as the fence gates not being large enough for their riding mowers, the amount of sidewalk on the property, etc. It felt odd considering that their business relies on yards. I asked that they skip the next mow, and was informed that they don’t mow only once a month. The interactions were rude. There are many options in the area, so I cannot in good conscience recommend this business.

I’ve used Tri J for several years and couldn’t be happier with their service. They’ve been able to improve my lawn and entire landscape thru rough Texas summers. And have done so at multiple houses. Thank you so much.
