Bill and Warren did a great job installing our ice machine. Great attitudes and quick install. They were on time and very professional.

Josh was very polite. He ensured our ice machine was throughly clean and that there was not any contamination left in the machine before leaving.

At one point at my place of business our ice machine was being cleaned. The person that originally cleaned it, didn’t clean it correctly. Warren came in the next day and not only corrected the problem but went beyond that and looked further and found another problem and corrected that as well. He was very helpful and informative. I was very pleased with Warren and his hard work

The lady on the phone was very helpful and very nice. She got all my information and got our help call out very quickly. The technician, Stacy, showed up not too long after that and got right to work. He determined the main issue and came up with a solution. He also found a couple of other thing a that needed to be fixed and recommended solutions to those as well. He explained what he was doing and how he was doing it and kept our team informed of everything he was doing. He worked quickly and efficiently and got our walk in up and running again. He was very good at his job and very nice as well. I will definitely Recommend him to other companies that need this type of service. Overall, extremely happy with the service call.
