However, I now feel compelled to express my concerns regarding the service I’ve received over the past six months. First, the quality of the lawn treatment has noticeably declined. Despite regular visits, the condition of my lawn has worsened. I’ve had to personally ask the technician to assess specific problem areas — something I believe should be part of the standard service, especially considering we’re paying for professional care and oversight. I am very disappointed in this company’s customer service and professionalism. A few months ago, I asked that my service day be changed from Monday because their technicians kept parking in front of my trash and recycling bins. Instead of a helpful response, I received a rude and dismissive email from Steve, who said they couldn’t guarantee a specific day. When I spoke with Ben, the owner, he was apologetic and professional and assured me they would accommodate the change. Steve later apologized by email, promising they would avoid Mondays and not block the bins, so I thought the issue was resolved.
