Tri-Star Landscaping has serviced my yard since July 2021. While I'm typically satisfied with their service, they performed poorly today and refused to accept responsibility for damage they've done to my yard and Christmas decorations. After a frustrating telephone exchange, Kyle refused to accept responsibility and chose to use foul language with me. He was unwilling to return and correct the damage done by his team. We both agreed to part ways and end our service relationship. We determined that any final yard & Christmas decoration repairs would be done by me, and that he would in turn wave November's monthly service charges ($80).
