Tri-Star Moving

If I were to give this review upon our initial move (Just 7 miles down the road I might add), I likely would’ve given four stars. However, not everything comes to light at 9:30 PM after an all day move. One week after our move, we went to have our 75 inch TV that we had moved from our old house mounted by a professional service. When the TV mounting service went to plug in the TV, it no longer worked. When the movers arrived at our house, they didn’t mention anything about TVs, however we had four to move. They asked if we had TV boxes and we told them no. We are not professional movers so we did not know what that meant. After speaking with the company about our damaged TV, we apparently paid for TV boxes that were not used. How were we supposed to know they were using the right boxes/

I had an amazing experience with Chance and Jason! They arrived on time and were extremely fast at getting the moving box packed. I had a lot of very heavy items, and they wrapped and handled everything with care. No damages to anything. I will definitely be calling TriStar Movers next time I move!

Awesome moving company. Highly recommended. The Crew was awesome so helpful and so understanding of my needs. Best move ever and very reasonable for the time. Tri-Star Moving saved the day after another local company didn't show up. The girls in the office were accommodating to get us a crew SAME DAY. Elijah and Anthony were so professional, moved quickly, and took great care to load and unload our belongings. We were beyond impressed and would definitely use these guys again! Thank you!!

The entire move experience with Tri-Star was amazing! I coordinated the move with Tri-Star for an office >40 employees and >30,000sqft including removal of office equipment, electronics, appliances, shelving and more. Garett - who led the moving team assigned to us - was communicative from start to end and kept synced with our office on exactly we needed moved, disposed, stored, etc. Any potential issues that came up were always brought to my attention, and we would have a discussion to align on next steps. The entire moving crew was so incredible as well - they were hardworking, efficient, and professional for the duration of the move - and were always willing to pivot when our requests changed.
