OMG! Are you kidding me? Friday afternoon, 4 pm and our air conditioning quits - "who you gonna call?", Tri-State A/C Hero to the rescue!! You were here within four hours on an emergency call to fix us up and cool us down. The service technician showed up on time and was knowledgeable. He explained the process to repair my A/C unit and completed the repair quickly.

Second time using Tri-State and will continue to call them. David came back out and installed an in-line spotless car wash tank. I'm very happy with him and his attention to detail.
