This was a FANTASTIC experience. When Scott arrived at our house, I didn’t even have to ask for him to put foot covers on. He was so respectful of our property and as he proceeded to do all the vent and dryer cleaning he continued care and respect. We are so happy with the results, start to finish! Scott came out to clean the dryer vent. He did a great job. Not only did he clean my dryer, but he also cleaned my 2 neighbors. I would highly recommend Tri-State Air Duct Cleaning. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Tri-State advised when they were close to arriving at my home, clearly identified themselves on arrival and were professional and pleasant to deal with. They cleaned the air ducts and returns and dryer vent thoroughly (did not rush to get in and out fast) and cleaned up after themselves. Their pricing was competitive. Would recommend.

Scott did a great job cleaning birds nest debris out of our exhaust vent. He was very thorough and even went into the attic to make sure the debris was out. He also replaced part of the duct that was damaged.
