Tri-State Asphalt Inc

Our neighborhood association recently chose Tri-State Asphalt company to conduct sealcoating of courtyards within the Liberty Ridge community. Their crew left their equipment on our lawn at least twice (see picture). When I called the office the lady was very nice and said that they will remove it. After a while I came out and found the crew nearby and asked them to relocate the equipment but to my surprise their crew lead was very rude at me acting it was my fault to ask them to remove the equipment. Honestly, this is not professional and unacceptable. The company should really respect private property and educate their crew to plan well ahead of time, act professionally, and interact with their customers with care. Had my driveway sealed last year by Tri-State and I have nothing but amazing things to say. My driveway to this day has held up perfectly through all the seasons, the quality of the product is clearly the best. Professional, friendly and efficient. I give them my highest recommendation!

The prices are very reasonable. I would almost consider the price cheap in terms of asphalt paving. Unfortunately, and I really don’t want to be saying this, but they did a really trashy job paving my basketball court and patching up my driveway. I never like to write a bad review because I know it can effect a company’s reputation. I apologize in advance if this effects your company by any means, but this is my honest opinion on this job, and I hope this review can help others when trying to chose an asphalt service. On a positive note, they got the job done less than a week or so after we got the estimate. Great company! Great communication and very easy to work with. Crews onsite were professional and helped to keep a busy commercial drive-way accessible. End result looks amazing!

Great Company! They painted and sealed a few of my lots and i have no complaints. Quick efficient, and Best sealer product on the market too !
