I understand they may be stretched thin but communication is horrible. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for service. They tell me it may be a clog or something but I do not have the physical ability to fix it myself as to why we paid for a warranty…that’s being UNADDRESSED!

Pictures for the shower wall units are not viewable to the general public, but the website shows pictures of the other merchandise. Website needs to be upgraded for this purpose. Since they aren't open on Saturdays and this is the only time that my wife and I can go together to look, when I tried to ask for help in having pictures emailed to me, the staff could not help me and I was told that they are not allowed to email pictures of products to general public. For the most part they were friendly, but the tone of the female rep was unfriendly.

Got a cold call and stopped by. They’re just starting out but I see promise. New business, new customer.

I love this place because they are so nice and fast service they talk to Spanish people nice thank you for your service.
