We have used Tri-State for the past three years. When we moved into our current home the pellet stove did not work. We called a local company who GUESSED it was an $800 part. A family member told us to call Tri-State who they had used for years. He was able to get the stove working for under $200 and serviced/cleaned it while he was here! He now comes out every August to get it ready to use for winter. He is very thorough! Priced very reasonable. Charged us the same flat rate even when we had rust and it took extra time and work. Always finishes the a fresh coat of paint to make it look brand new! He is not a salesman and doesn't try talking you into buying anything just an excellent service technician.

Dan is very professional and very thorough When cleaning and maintaining our pellet stove. We have used Dan for 15 years Cleaning our pellet stoves and gas heaters never had an issue afterwards! I’d recommend him highly.
