Tri State Gate

Tri-State has responded very quickly whenever I’ve had a problem, and I’ve found their technicians uniformly competent. On each occasion, they have quickly diagnosed and resolved the issues, and they have brought with them, or quickly obtained, whatever parts were needed. I also appreciate having them come twice a year for preventative maintenance.

These guys are real pros - I couldn't be happier. The technicians were really easy to work with and helped guide me every step of the way. We have been using Tri State for years. They are both responsive and accessible. They even came out on July 4th within an hour of our call when our gate motor stalled and would not open automatically. The technician diagnosed the problem immediately, repaired the gate promptly and tested the gate several times before leaving our property. We have great respect and admiration for this company. Their excellent service record is the reason we would not hesitate to refer them to our neighbors and friends.

They were very helpful and creative during the initial design phase and then built a beautiful gate that perfectly matched the spec. I have a really cool looking gate that makes me very happy when I drive into my driveway! Since then, they have been responsive and professional and have kept my gate working all this time.
