I am a real estate agent and I have recommended this company several times when my clients in Northern New Jersey needed help addressing mold issues in their homes. They always do a great job and handle the situation in a calm and professional way that really helps put homeowners at ease. They take the time to explain the situation, offer helpful advice, and make sure the customer understands their options. On top of that, their pricing is very fair. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Northern NJ who needs help with mold remediation or advice.

I had a leak in my sunroom glass ceiling/roof. Tri-State came and completely fixed the problem. They provided a 3-year warranty, so they clearly stand behind their work. Tony always answered my calls promptly and was responsive. Mark went above and beyond, not only completing the work in one day, but thoroughly testing, inspecting and cleaning to make sure everything was 100% good. Mark was extremely courteous as well.

Tony and Frank were wonderful to work with. They were extremely professional and did an amazing job replacing the glass panels on my sunroom, fixing all the leaks, and dealing with the Whispering Woods HOA to get all the approvals needed. A+ highly recommend.

I needed crawl space water intrusion remediation, and Tri State Home Pro's was one of several contractors I contacted for quotes. Tri State was very responsive, reasonably priced, and hands-on throughout the process. They came out multiple times to address the issues and provided feedback on potential future problems they identified. Tony, the owner, was very communicative and followed up with me several times to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend using Tri State Home Pro's in the future.

They did not fix the leaks on the greenhouse. Didn't check the weep holes for proper drainage. Didn't inspect the gutters for leaks. Left all the debris in gutter so they can't check for leaks. Said windows on door don't need weather stripping, even though the doors had it. Ask for a price on glass replacement. Fet an answer you'll have it 10 mins. Called several times. Its over a month and still no quote. They never cleaned like they said they would.
