Tri-State Metal Roofing Supply

These guys are awesome, they got me the material I needed for a great price and in a timely manner.

I recently built a covered patio. I purchased the metal roofing and fascia from Tri-state, The quality of the material was excellent. I had never built a project like this, they provided tips and suggestions which contributed to a great patio. I am very pleased.

Been using Tri-State in Payson for years. They were always great to work with. Recently moved to Hurricane after retirement. (Facilities Manager for a residential treatment center) The St George store has the same quality product however when I asked for a speciality length cut they were unwilling to do it. The shortest cut they would make was 36". Time and materials waste is an issue for me. I will probably still buy from them but if I need a speciality order I will go to Payson since I frequent Utah Valley often. Customer service was not as bad as some others have described in their reviews. Once I was able to get past their unwillingness to make my life easier I placed my order. Wasn't very impressed at all. I went in seeking some basic advice from this roofing supply company on how to handle a patio deck covering, and the girls up front told me since they weren't installers they won't give advice in fear of people suing them if something went wrong. Was finally able to speak with an Alex the next day when I went back in for supplies, and he actually gave me some advice that was very helpful! I'm grateful for his advice. I ended up purchasing $500 worth of materials from them which Alex said would be ready the next day. ( This was the reason for the second star, speed & service).
