David was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with our inspection. He spent almost 2 hours walking us through everything he found and giving us tips on what we could fix ourselves and what should be contracted out. Highly recommend this company.

David was fantastic!! He was kind and helpful and still very professional. He took the time to walk my husband and I back through all the notations on his list and show us exactly what he found. He also spent a great deal of time explaining the impact of his findings and what he suggested we do to follow up with the appropriate people. Definitely would hire him again!!

My experience with Tristate Property Inspections was great from start to finish. Janet in the office helped me out in selecting the services that best suited my needs and got me scheduled immediately. I ended up getting a home inspection, radon test, mold test, and well water test. Dan, the owner came out and performed my inspection. He was very thorough, and he went over all of my concerns and pointed out many things that needed correction that I never would have known without his expertise. A couple days later, I was emailed a beautiful, organized home inspection report with pictures and details of all problem areas in the home with recommendations for correction. So the same guy that did my inspection David lindeman super nice guy. Butttt once I had gotten to my new house I had found out he had just done the inspection on my current house. Obviously I was curious to what all he found. He proceeded to tell me that because my brand new AC unit that was installed by a professional HVAC guy, that because I didn’t replace the air handler both units are running off separate gases Which is impossible. So the buyer of my house had backed out because he said that. What beats it all is I was told buy the buyer of my house that he had mentioned to the inspector that he wasn’t buying my house because it was picked apart for the smallest things possible. Inspector still charged me $467 knowing the buyer had already backed out. That’s shady to me . That’s his
