Tri State Window Factory

Had 7 windows and a door installed in my back sunroom style room last year, off from work today so I thought I’d post this review , the room is extremely warm ever since the windows and door were installed. Went into showroom was met by Andreas they installed the model 4100 series which is there double pane window. They manufacture and install it , both Andreas and the measurer Slyvester were extremely informative and helpful would highly recommend! Also installers were great , left no mess . Will use again on my next project!

We had an awesome experience with Tri State. We ordered a special-size window, and they manufactured and installed it in half the estimated time. The installers were efficient, professional, and left everything spotless. Nicole, our sales rep, was amazing! She made the entire process simple and stress-free. Tri State installed a large 3 panel window in our family room, as well as a new storm door.The project included changing out the windows header beam,which had its own concerns on our part. Everything went well,and all concerns and questions were fully answered to our satisfaction. We worked with Andreas, who was always available for any questions and his communications were always prompt. The window and door are beautiful, the installation crew did a great job and cleaned up as expected. Andreas and the crew that were involved were all very professional and accomadating. I would definetly use Tri-State again.

Tri-State Window installed nine windows in my house yesterday. A good friend recommended them and she and I visited them to get more information. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. Andreas was the person who helped me when I first went to their main location/factory. What impressed me about him was that he wasn't pushy, he was all about service. He listened and was patient with my many questions. He mentioned to me that they have been in business many years, which is a good sign. The team who installed the windows were professional, polite, and left my house neat and clean. I could tell that they were very experienced. Tri State Windows are by far the best windows you can buy. David Sacks was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. David showed us how these windows are superior than the other manufacturers. They are made right here on Long Island and have a lifetime warranty. The installers were professional and courteous at all times and completed the whole house within a day. The windows operate so smoothly and love the way they automatically lock when you close them. Weather and sound tight windows - they look amazing! Highly recommended!
