I would say that this was by far, the BEST service my family and I have encountered as residents in the area, in the past 10 years for HVAC assistance. In a small town such as this one, homeowners that are unfamiliar with home repairs and maintenance, are easily manipulated and hustled out of money by people who claim to have experience. When in reality, these people lack not only the skill, but the integrity in providing honest and reliable services. Then with no empathy or consideration, they charge the same and sometimes even more than a professional licensed Electrician/Tech does .... For example.... A non licensed handyman charged; $150.00 up front cost to drive two blocks, semi-diagnose an A/C condenser unit. Plus a replacement part that was $60.00-$80.00 (3 bolts to change) all wit
