Triad Mechanical Contractors

I would never allow this company to do any work for me. The receptionist (Abby) is extremely rude and unprofessional. After explaining I had been without air for 5 days due to them not properly fixing the unit the first time (accidents happen, I wasn't upset just wanted my AC fixed) , I was told that I wasn't the only person this summer with no AC and that my kids would be fine with no AC for a week or 2 because there was no AC around 50 years ago. I was cussed at during this conversation. When the manager (Jon) called me back, he clearly seen no issue with her behavior and just wanted to make an appointment for the work anyways. I expected some sorta apology at least. I declined to have them come back. I rather start all over with a new company then give them any business after this beh

UNRESPONSIVE at best. Apparently believes it’s ok to go days without AC in the middle of summer. Once they have your money, they won’t be bothered. Went one week without electricity and two days without AC. AVOID and go with someone reputable.

They are doing work on my neighbors house and decided it was perfectly acceptable to block my drive way completely. I mean, van parked out front no courtesy at all... common sense is anything but common these days.

Trying 2 get local work..they were very nice and professional...keeping 6 foot distance and applying all covid 19 rules.

If they work together it will be a good year.
